I Am an Indoor Rowing Champion, a Jiu Jitsu practitioner and CrossFit enthusiast. I work out an Average of 12 sessions per week. I suffered from lack of sleep, muscle & joint pain, a back injury, an ankle injury and a serious shoulder impingement.
